    Not recommended at all, people with dozen years of experience will tell you this is the most toxic place to be.
    The good thingsWork life balance, off work very on time. Good colleagues to work with. Medical benefits very strong.
    The challengesManagement do not appreciate talents. High turnover, expected to work more than you should, but extra "blames" if do more. Arrowing culture, management will find mistake to control performance. Career progression close to obsolate.

    The challengesMost of the employees are in their comfort zone and do not want changes or refuse changes. As a result the company is unable to move forward in term of people development and technology know how though they are able to sustain in a short run and there are AWS and variable bonuses given for the past few years.

    The good thingsHaving benefit of providing transport to and from work and being able to have work-life balance.Prospective for career enhancement greatly base on experiences in the company and not on qualification.The top management provide the opportunity on this area.
    The challengesDue to the business nature and human talent limitation, technological improvement is challenging to be implement to assist us in work especially in trouble shooting on customer feedback. Process is labor intensive which resulted to human error is a norm.
