Handling and overseeing actual production, clean and up to date lab facilities for proper R&D work. Decent working hours with barely any overtime and bus to & fro from work.
The challengesThe upper management could be more decisive in decision making. Internal company bonding between departments should be facilitated more often. Departments are too compartmentalized.
