    The good thingsAtmosphere in this environment is normal. No point to work in the nice building if the career prospect and pay increment is very poor .
    The challengesDon't invest your personal time and effort into this company for long term . The management especially the EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR should wake up to catch up with technologies and accounting trends and improve career prospects and pay increments as well as improve these sales strategies .Enterainment on clients and golf is not important and is wasteful expense .
