    The good thingsGreat place to explore and take up new challenges. One significant improvement was the work environment. Open concept. Meeting rooms looks better. There was significant improvement with HR, very supportive. Recommend for those who wants to explore and take up new challenges

    The good thingsWorking with Fujifilm Philippines, Inc. which teaches each employee an innovative and creative mind. Letting each share their ideas. With their SAP system, you can be internationally equipped. Fujifilm Philippines, with Japanese ex-fats who are well-versed in English language, and are accommodating, each employee enjoys working with this type of diversified environment.
    The challengesThe challenges I had with Fujifilm Philippines, as a Sales & Logistics Coordinator, is the non-conformity of system of Fujifilm with their Third-Party Warehouse, Nippon Express Philippines, there is variance in inventory, which during my time, I need to monthly monitor and solve variance in inventory on Monthly basis.

    A Great Employer to work with
    The good thingsHigh autonomy; great remuneration package - although the salary was pegged to market rate, I had not missed any AWS (1-month) in my 6 years of employment & depending on your performance, you could get up to 5-month variable bonus; and generous benefits including Christmas Lunch, Dinner & Dance, overseas incentive trips, hiking, fruit distribution, free annual medical checkup & even durian party.
    The challengesI am happy & satisfied with the way things turned out during my employment. The management had done many things right to keep the company strong, stable & competitive. The Number One Goal for Employees was Job Security. The Number One Goal for Operation was Safety. Were there problems? Yes. But the leadership at the helm was as focused, consistent, wise & compassionate as they could be.
