    The challengesAlways got to meet tight scheduled due to bad planning or careless mistakes made by other departments, therefore create a lot of unnecessary work. It may also affect other departments and becomes very unproductive.

    The challengesThough the organization was established for long, unfortunately, there are are many process are under developed or absent. Management wanted to develop process to reduce the gap. Unfortunately, the management is not able to communicate to staff and set the appropriate direction. Staffs are heading to no where because there is no clear direction. Highlighted to management but put to deaf ears.
