    The good thingsMost of them are professional and friendly. Managers are not micro-managed to employer but employee are work with passion and sometimes free. This is a good balance in working place for me

    The good thingsShorter work hours for backend staff, as a Japanese company.
    The challengesCulture is quite challenging. Different depts coming historically from different companies - staff tend to take care of their own and push responsibilities to another. Re-organisations occur regularly, seen many terminations. Very little consideration on staff thoughts & development, overall compensation is low, put many mixed responsibilities on 1 person. Do not see any company direction.
