    No worklife balance, high turnover rate, micromanagement.
    The good thingsNo pros at all as you will experience how you work in circus. Boss and manager main actor in this circus company.
    The challengesBad management decision, high turn over rate. Management focus on the sales figure only. Management does not care about the "after-sales" after once they get the sales. No bonus only had silly punishment from management.
