Growth-driven company, backed by a united working environment.
The good thingsCompany as a whole has been united with the same vision, as employees receives great welfare and personal development opportunities. Management has been humble and meticulous enough to observe problem areas and intervene when needed, to the extend of even offering counselling on a personal level.
The challengesA growing company that is stuck in the traditional way of operations, has recently been investing in vast amount of digital efforts and processes, which can be a huge mountain to climb.

    Challenging workplace that motivates growth
The good thingsThe company gives opportunities for growth through the challenges that we face (in a good way!). Culture is positive, people are friendly. Welfare towards the staff are good as well, they believe that caring for staff is important for the growth of the company.
The challengesI feel that the company is also going through a transition of change and sometimes there might be some resistance due to the past traditional methods of solving issues / problems.

    An eye opener
The good thingsWhile working in this company under the marketing and business development team, I have learned a lot of useful skills I never thought I would need. Working here has opened my eyes to the business world and has really pushed me to venture out more in my career in the future. My team members are friendly, really easy to work with and they have been so helpful when I first started out here. The pay is good too!
The challengesThe management is small-minded and needs to allow younger people to help the company advance into the world where information is digitally accessible rather than on paper, which makes life easier for everyone.

    Challenging, but worth the challenge.
The good thingsThe company offers a lot of opportunities for personal growth and pays its employees higher than the average. I am leading a young team and they are amazing to work with. Management although can be set in tradition, is surprisingly open-minded when ideas are backed up with ample research and data.
The challengesThe company seems to be still running on old systems (sometimes, mindsets) and there is a lot of room for improvement. This is a huge challenge for me but also offers an amazing opportunity for growth. Management can be difficult to win over at times, but that is part of game. My first few months here have been both demanding and fulfilling. I would say that this company is not for everyone. However if you are someone who is determined, ambitious, have the willpower of steel, good understanding of stress management and great interpersonal skills for negotiation, then this company is amazing for your personal and professional growth. They pay their employees well too. I hope this review offers another side to the story shown on this profile.
