    Friendly staff, terrible management
    The good thingsColleagues were really friendly, great staff food. You get to learn how to do job tasks from other departments too.
    The challengesTeam culture was terrible, politics were strong here. Zero work-life balance, organization does not take care of their staff. Perhaps it's the millennial in me, but the culture was not ideal.

    Amazing Company
    The good thingsI enjoyed working with Furama because I harnessed the essence of teamwork and integrity at work. I had a very good relationship with my colleagues and it was very rewarding to have a job that filled my needs as a person and at the same time, made me grow professionally. I was also able to participate in field trips and charity works hosted by this company. Overall, it was a fruitful experience working with Furama!
    The challengesSo far, I cannot think much in this aspect but if asked about any minor issue would probably be the workload when somebody resigns though any challenge or difficulty can ba faced with the right attitude.
