    The good thingsMarket leader for high quality navigation and marine communication equipment Nice colleagues and friendly working environment Staff welfare and benefits keep improving Understanding Management, HR and good teamwork among departments Due to location, company provides transport to and fro designated MRT stations. Overall a good company to work in
    The challengesUsed to have challenges but with the recent change of Management, we can see that there is improved welfare and Management is open to feedback. Some departments may be overstaffed and there is some idling. There could be more flexible working arrangements for staff with different needs.

    Friendly and happy working environment
    The good thingsEngineers are helpful to each other.Manager gives ample time for inexperienced engineers to learn and develop. Furuno makes some of the best marine products.Servicing furuno products is a joy .
    The challengesThere are not much challenges working here when compared to all the NavCom companies in Singapore .Its definitely within the best 3 NavCom company to work for here.
