    The good thingsAble to deploy to near home/location which employee need, working hours also be able to change when manpower available . Management Executive can be talk and given feed back. Ground support staffs also friendly and responded fast when encounter problem, and teaching the basic technic for resolve sample problem.
    The challengesManpower turnover to fast as salary not able to match the personal need. Training is need for all before on ground work instead of OJT. Salary need to review to help on maintained the manpower shortage, and the yearly bonus need to meet the nation level (i.e. 13 month ,MVC etc.)

    The good thingsThis company is a construction company that deals with Steel and Concrete Construction it is based in Singapore. This company is a very good company because almost all of their employees are professionals and they give high salary and incentives to their employees.
    The challengesI don't find difficult in this company, Its all challenging to me because I learn a lot in this company. If you don't know the job they will teach you to be a great worker. They will offer schooling to interested employees and they will shoulder all the expenses
