The challengesPrevious Top Managers were difficult to deal with. Better now but stil needs more structure. Unrealistic deadlines. Flawed strategy >> Keeps on repeating the same mistakes hoping the results will differ... But then again new management is more grounded, proactive and open minded than before. Hoping for the best.
