    The good thingsI was given the opportunity to learn new things such as assisting on audits and preparing documentation for the work the be execute smoothly.
    The challengesAs there are 2 different shift (dayshift / nightshift), the problem we faced was communication with the rest. As I was the only WSHC working on the dayshift, its hard to conveyed the msg throughout the team. But afterall, it was a good challenge.
