Honest ReviewThe good thingsThe company has helped me to grow professionally by requiring me to learn the ropes by myself and being independent in my role. One of the things I like about the team is that they are family style and can be really caring at times. Remuneration and benefits wise, I think the HR Department did a great job in managing. Management seldom in the office so no issues with them. My superior was dependent on me and I had learnt to solve her issues.
The challengesI had chose to leave the company as it was stressful having to manage different expectations of my superior that changes over time. Different instructions confused me and I have difficulty managing these. Every department work on their own and tend to think for themselves, as such it was difficult to get things done too. My superior tend to defend herself when issues arise and I was left to solve the issues myself, which I could handle but over time these snowballed and things got overboard.
