A great workplace if you are really keen to learnThe good thingsThe bosses are good and treat every employee equally, regardless of our position or background. A very good team that share the bad times and celebrate the win together. The bosses appreciate and always recognise employee effort and contribution. Most important is they are willing to listen. I am not sure if my salary is consider high but I do feel it fair and reasonable. The environment is very good and most important is the people are mostly connected and engage like a family.
If you are a person who really want to work in a company for long and learning new thing, this will be a good place.
The challengesThe challenge will be depending a lot on the market demand. I do not feel much of the challenge as the team are staying together to fight or overcome the difficulties most of the time. The challenge i am facing will be the work load and time management during the good times but that is something I enjoy and feel motivate too. It show good business performance and I will be rewarded.
