    The good thingsIt's a great environment - very colleagiate and friendly colleagues. Good working hours and lots of opportunities to grow as the company grows.
    The challengesSometimes you will be expected to put in OT and use your common sense, show initiative and work with others. But this should not come as any surprise, yes?
