a job filled with endless opportunities
The good thingsColleagues are nice and friendly. superior are encouraging and willing to continuously provide opportunities to learn and grow which is extremely beneficial for a fresh graduate. Scope of work is very wide, hence everyday is a fun and challenging day for employees.
The challengesThis particular site is small, hence although the scope is wide, you should not expect to be able to experience how things are like in a MNC.( Although company is a MNC). Starting salary is slightly lower than expected, however with good performance, one will be rewarded with an increment.

The good thingsAmple opportunities to learn and adapt with selected few of progressive and open-minded middle management staff to listen to feedback in how to grow the regional business.
The challengesLack of operational excellence which leads to inefficiency at work. The effort of many colleagues doing things in their own interest is apparent, which led to culture of pushing responsibilities around and spending too much time going round the circle in getting task done.
