    Unstable management negates all minor good aspects
    The good thingsGood work-life balance, average to low salary.
    The challengesVery unstable management. They recruited, persuaded employees to stabilize the employee presence by moving family to work location. After moving family, they closed the office and removed more than 90% work force within six months. Employee leave rules are archaic, discouraging any flexibility in available leave.
