    very open managerial structure and good platform to learn, earn and grow.
    The good thingsbest thing in GE is that it does not work on conventional manager as a " BOSS" structure unlikely manager as a "COACH" structure. I gives employee at each stage equal opportunity to grow in career. All employees are empowered to take decision and responsibilities. Less or no supervision required here to achieve the target. regular trainings are going on for employees to learn things other than their regular jobs. EHS and compliance is at top priority here. It works on zero retaliation policy.
