    The good things- The kids :) - Fun lesson materials and activities - High salary - Paid on time
    The challenges- Can be tiring if take on many classes, but no complaints as you earn a lot too

    Enriching Experience
    The good thingsI enjoy interacting with the students. I could see them grow and it was truly fulfilling. As lessons are pretty much hands-on learning experience, it helps even the most active kids to be able to enjoy learning with time. The materials are already prepared for us as teachers, so this is great as we do not need to prepare lesson plan or take time to prepare the materials. It is also heartening to hear from parents how our teaching has made a difference in their kids' lives

    The good thingsIt was wonderful to see.the children develop many abilities through the fun hands on learning experience that we cater to the kids
    The challengesWhen it's back to back classes, it can be quite tiring. But seeing the kids enjoy the learning makes it worthwhile

    The good thingsCreative environment, fun teaching, great to see kids improve so much in a short time, can really see your students grow Salary is on time, management is supportive, colleagues are helpful and fun

    The good thingsThe creative lesson materials, the flexible arrangement, attractive remuneration, supportive management, convenient location, salary is on time and sometimes earlier

    Avoid Working Here
    The good thingsVery cheerful and fun colleagues. Boss is flexible in working environment Fun with the children
    The challengesBetter management, more manpower. One staff cannot handle two branches. Workload should learn to lessen, avoid pushing blame around and try to get work done together instead of pushing everything to one person. Have proper administration work prepared (eg. annual leave, medical leave forms). Avoid micromanaging.
