    The challengesPreparation and serves up dishes in most fast and proper manner would be one of the most challenging.keeping standard of food quality at a high level is also a top priority. Maintaining adequate of food stock, minimize food wastage are some important things to lookout for, standard operating procedures are observes by everyone in the kitchen, keeping hygiene in the kitchen is also primary.
