    Poor standards of working in this company
    The good thingsGood working colleagues, wide expansion of knowledge skills and training you can go for.
    The challengesPoor Management who didn't seem to care much about the well-being of the company very little work-life balance, peer pressuring environment, and treated like a school kid while working in the office. No bonuses and doesn't treat its employees with a good range of salaries offered even said that we have high certification/skills acquired

    Great place to learn and grow
    The good thingsthey give time for the employees to do their work and also provide the freedom in the limitations. they will also provide us with lot of opportunity for growth. we have online learning and stuff that helps too. self help and online chat bot will also help in getting done few things like pay slip download, profile update etc.

    The good thingsHave learning platform for employees to discover and improve on their skills. There were monthly games session conducted for staff to bond together.
    The challengesTerrible management. Management does not care for their employees. Discussions and suggestion sessions were conducted but it was just a formality, no opinions were heard or worked upon.

    The good thingsA great environment to learn. Got exposure to learn multiple activities of Accounts payable- Invoice processing, Vendor payment, mailing, voucher uploads. Got to work with so many nice people, who not only helped me with my Knowledge but also showed me how to deal with your clients and customers.
    The challengesWork environment is really good, worked with some really great people. Just one issue, the salary is on the lower side if you compare it with other companies.

    The good thingsI got a chance to work with different levels and kinds of people, especially that I was deployed on the client site. Also I got a chance to lead a team of 5 to 8 people where I was able to learn how to manage my time and how to divide task to each team member. I was also able to talked to the onshore counter part of our client where I was able to practice my communication skills.
    The challengesThe most challenging or difficult thing here is the thing called Sabbatical Leave where you can loose your job after 45 days that you're at bench or you have no project. I just don't get why their giving employee such a position of regular or a full time employment if they can still loose their job after 45 days in bench (no project).
