    Terrible Working Environment
    The good thingsNone that I have encountered other than better work life balance
    The challengesA team lack of professionalism, engineering skills, leadership. People come and go. Large GAP between management and juniors. No proper guidance and development chances. Ppl here tends to hide behind the scene. Poor relationships with clients. No proper admin system in place
