    Lots of overtime and way too much work to do
    The good thingsCompany benefit is good. Can claim taxi after 8pm. Dental and health benefit all good. Colleagues are mostly nice people to work with.

    Bad management and very political, HR was biased and trying to cover up every feedback from employee.
    The good thingsSalary was decent enough to compensate for the nasty environment
    The challengesWork was ok but management was bad. A lot of changes along the way and made into compulsory, no negotiations. in the pursuit for profitability, management always try to shortcut customer and own employees.

    Poor management, BAD HR
    The good thingscan take Grab under company account at 8pm
    The challengesno work life balance. HQ and management only chasing to meet KPI and monthly budget without caring if staff have to overtime. HR is inflexible and only care about boss requirement; not staff well-being. Do not have Night shift food allowance, transport allowance (for those with their own transport). HR only check attendance on your punctuality and do not care if you had overtime and work more than 12hours a day.

    The challengesThere is not much control in place despite being one of the world recognised forwarder. Controls put in place are having a lot of loopholes and management to solve this loopholes is very slow.

    Used to be the best 3PL company. But not for the past few years...
    The good thingsGood, fun and friendly co-workers. They're the only good reason to be able to sustain working in this company.
    The challengesThe responsibilities and workload given doesn't justify the salary. Manpower has always been a top issue in this co. due to high turnover rates and cost-effective measure, and because of that, we have to be able to multi task and perform more than one role. On top of that, yearly increment exercise for the past 4 years has been stagnant and significantly low due to slow business and economy.
