    The good thingsFosters a workplace that promotes diversity of thoughts, backgrounds and contributions; The company values align with mine I like the people I work with; Trust in the individual;
    The challengesToo lean in the organization which results in having to work longer hours; challenging to get away from day to day activities and concentrate on the big picture and strategy for future growth.

    Best of both
    The good thingsAll the flexibility of a startup. GfK strategy is to acquire successful boutique/ consulting agencies. Our office was a successful, energetic and fluid consulting business and GfK insisted on retaining as much of the consulting culture as we felt we wanted to. The acquisition was tremendously well handled, and senior management from HO took an active role in personally overseeing the process.
    The challengesThe specific discipline I work in (qualitative) is a nascent and in some markets, still emerging as a priority need. Connectivity across the network can be challenging, but the network has pockets of brilliance driven by great people.
