    The good thingsLearning about fashion and different types of clothing material. Making new friends and developing communications skills. Over the years working as a sales assistant and eventually to shop manager, learn to develop my leadership skills and management issues.
    The challengesDue to lack manpower and reshuffle of staffs, shop managers are required to managed more than one stores and it is quite a headache keeping tracks of the ingoings and outgoings of the stores.
