    The good thingsGenerally, the people who I have interacted with were more on the friendly and helpful side. The given workload and responsibilities can be managed relatively well after being trained and guided appropriately by other colleagues.
    The challengesSuggestion to improve upon offering more promotional opportunities and benefits for the respective people and hopefully have a better staff retention rate.

    Best work benefits ever.
    The good thingsGreat workplace, peaceful, no stress except the usual KPIs. Many ard here have worked for more than 15-20yrs so it's a very stable company. Can consider this place as a place you can retire into. They also provide opportunity to improve oneselves, eg, provide mini courses.
    The challengesStarting pay, maybe average or sub-average but if you are considering to work here as the last job you'll ever hold, the pay increases per year will make your basic bareable. Plus the benefits really outweighs the sub-average basic. Benefits here even beat top banks in Singapore so you gain the $ loss thru there.

    The challengesHave to work with affiliates counterpart which sometimes it would help to get your job done better. However sometimes need to liaise with multiple management level and various departments, which would be difficult for your task completion.
