    The good things- Most of the colleagues were friendly and helpful. *most - good welfare - willing to give opportunities
    The challenges- too messy - please show more empathy for the staff and don't make judgement based on a particular incident. good to understand the staff to see whether if there are any challenges faced. things might not be the way you see on the surface. - try to make staff feel like part of the big family. believe staff will stay not only for salary. - need to improve on coaching process for the new comers, esp without prior experience. - staff have their own commitments to commit to (eg: family) hence leaving approximately at 6:15pm after the working hours does not imply that staff is rushing back home. please consider staff also have elderly at home to take care. please try to understand your staff

    The challenges-> need to improvise on its coaching process for new comers. it's really still in the primary stage. -> try to interact with staff and also to understand their challenges/problems faced. try to resolve instead of making judgement too easily -> try to make staff part of the big family

    The Company works like a team.
    The good thingsPeople are close to each other and work towards a common goal. The management are open to ideas and willing to accept and support new ideas from younger staff. Provide various training and support to staff. They are willing to give staff opportunity to explore different vocation hence making them all rounded. Salary payment is on time with very competitive salary package
    The challengesStaff are working on tight deadline. The company is growing and faces a lot of challenges in getting new ideas and execution of new ideas.
