ExperienceThe good things- Most of the colleagues were friendly and helpful. *most
- good welfare
- willing to give opportunities
The challenges- too messy
- please show more empathy for the staff and don't make judgement based on a particular incident. good to understand the staff to see whether if there are any challenges faced. things might not be the way you see on the surface.
- try to make staff feel like part of the big family. believe staff will stay not only for salary.
- need to improve on coaching process for the new comers, esp without prior experience.
- staff have their own commitments to commit to (eg: family) hence leaving approximately at 6:15pm after the working hours does not imply that staff is rushing back home. please consider staff also have elderly at home to take care. please try to understand your staff
