    A decent company to start with
    The good thingsAs this was my first experience navigating classroom management. The team that I was in helped to developed my professional skills. While the company gave adequate support, when push comes to shove we were to fend on our own.

    The good thingsColleagues are mostly nice and accommodating, great training and learning ground with lots of exposure to different elements.
    The challengesWork life inbalance, with the challenges faced, qute a number of extra hours to be put, have to be good in managing timelines

    Think twice before applying
    The good thingsI do not recommend working here, just think twice before applying. Unless you are very patient and experienced because as a newcomer they will throw 20 students in a class for you to handle. Also heard from colleagues is that they keep changing employees (Something must be wrong). I have left them for months and I am glad I did
    The challengesYou just need to cover everything, “teacher” is just a title but basically you need to handle everything from A-Z. Like a maid X teacher. Supervisor/management is BAD

    Low Opportunity to learn and improve as a Marketing Intern
    The good thingsSlow paced environment for new comers to cope with deadlines
    The challengesMost of the tasks given were simple and not challenging to learn and improve on the graphic design skills. For anyone who is interested in pursuing in the graphic design fields for internship, I wouldn't recommend working as a marketing intern in this company.
