On the better end of EPC companiesThe good thingsCollaborative working environment, pleasant co-workers. Did not have much of the superfluous bureaucracy that characterizes many EPC firms. Reasonable level of social / team building events.
The challengesOpen plan office - more so than many other comparable companies. Physical condition of the office was more than a bit worn and dated, especially given the location in one of the newer complexes.
