    Great Place to Work
    The good thingsI worked at GSTF for 2 years. Such a great working environment, good emphasis on personal goal setting, sense of purpose and a good place to learn though can be challenging at times. Company focused on technologies such as Big Data, IoT and AI/ML which has potential.
    The challengesA flexible timing will be more convenient for the employees. Everything else is good.

    Best work place for career growth
    The good thingsWorked for the company for nearly 2 years. Was a great place to learn and was exposed some of the leading edge technologies such as Big Data, IOT and AI. The only challenge is it can be a fast paced environment and need knowledge of ICT industry and research publications.
    The challengesEveryone has challenges in their job. But it’s easier for employees to overcome them when they have a great employee experience.

    The good thingsWas an excellent opportunity to gain experience. An enriching experience in learning the ways of real life business situations which i feel will have far reaching impact in my career. Plenty of guidance, though sometimes demanding.

    Great Opportunity to Acquire skills
    The good thingsIt was an excellent opportunity to to work at GSTF. It was an enriching experience learning the ways of real life business as I joined as a fresh graduate. I feel that it will have far-reaching impact in my future career. Appreciate the guidance even if i felt at times overwhelmed.

    My 2 years at GSTF
    The good thingsI learned a lot in the 2 years than anywhere else. I was also ask to tihnk out of the box and to be resourceful. A great opportunity to leaverage from ICT to creatre disruptive services and products. Leading company for ICT training in Big Data, IOT and AI
    The challengesAt times, felt like i was thrown into the deep end of the pool - but it taught to me a lot to think out of the box. Becuase of this it can be stressful to those who are not very analytical/independent.,
