The HOD works well with other departments and each department has its own very positive-minded team members with them. That's when they focus on producing good work unlike those ex collegues who waste time on plotting who to jeopardise on. Luckily they are no longer with the company.
The challengesA challenge to seek for more professional and positive-minded retail staff (manpower) to join the sales team. During last year, those who have attitude problem and negatively influencing the good ones was asked to go as they did not perform, there is a decrease in productivity and increase negative energies in non-work related issues bringing down team members morale. Finally, the office is now clear of low productivity individuals and now everyone enjoys the office environment so much more! All thanks to the current colleagues who appreciates the company and one another.
