    The good things• Able to work independently as well as in team with minimal supervision • Self-motivated, initiative, high level of energy. • Strong verbal and personal communication skills. • Capable of planning and organizing work. • Flexible to different work situations.
    The challenges• Manufacturing in charge (MIC) for Cleantech and Implant modules. • Brief line on shift focus, machine uptime, quality concerns etc. • Prepared operator's/specialist's shift schedules, OT, and approving their medical-leave and annual leave. • Attends manufacturing production control (PC) meeting with HOD, module SMs and MICs. • Prepared quarter report four times in a shift that highlights move projection, machine uptime, PC target . Prepared qual lot report that shows stages of the qual lot that should run in specifc machines for machine qualification. • Did necessary planning to meet PC target . • Strong communication with module's process and equipment AEs, shift leader, and FAB MICs

    It was a interesting and fun learning experience.
    The good thingsThe job scope is pretty daunting at first, but the company does provide a strong learning platform for newcomers, and they provide training as well.
    The challengesThere is not much challenges in the company, but they do provide weekly audits to keep the company on its toes and ensure product quality.
