    No proper training , system inconsistencies, no proper upgrade/ installation solution, lots of trail and error,tough job, management doesnt understand what are you going through. They only take care of their own rice bowl!
    The good thingsNothing great to mention..
    The challengesUnsupportive mgmt! Doesn't able to back you up! Need a lot of trail and errors ! Many tasks but very low pay. Any suggestions would likely didn't get any outcome .

    Great technology - good people
    The good thingsA good atmosphere with generally good people - going through a change in culture but with lots of growth opportunities. Local office supporting the region so always something happening.
    The challengesSeems like new there are lots of new managers in the local management team - this is bringing in new energy and focus which is good but there are always hiccups when this kind of thing happens. The managers have put a lot of effort into supporting staff: lots of celebrations, office perks, also great response to COVID-19. Travel incentive for staff is really appreciated.

    The HR Manager is very helpful and takes care of all staff.
    The good thingsThe employer encourages communication among staff and the HR is always ready to address any job-related issues. Sales staff have a sense of humor which help brighten the environment.
    The challengesDuties are clearly defined and you're expected to play your role in a professional manner.
