    The good thingsWork-life Balance, Central Location. Flat line hierarchy culture (approachable people)
    The challengesFeels like working in startup company even though the company has operated more than 10 years. Worst IT support, human resource infrastructure I ever encountered and Management still do nothing to it. No proper control on data quality in place. Poor management planning. Management only likes hearing good things and change their mind frequently. All of the time, employees caught in between management and client's conflict. A suggestion to Management, please make up your mind and invest in skillful IT talent.
