    Used to be good need a lot of improvement now
    The good thingsGood experience to gain here, Good exposure on dealing with different companies, learn to use computer software like IBM Maximo, basic training of vehicle parts, able to do overtime for now have company transport to and from certain MRT stations.
    The challengesManagement needs to rotate every few years, certain department is full of politics, teamwork comes and go mostly you are alone, management sometime would not protects it's employee due to Customer always right policy, certain management would ignore what have been feedback and treat it like it never would happen, they should always listen to the ground guys to actually improve the process, can get very busy from morning all the way to end of the shift and yet still serving.

    The good thingsno due date for assignment or task. colleague who do not work get promoted bonus assigned to those who can steal credit from others. those who like to bully colleague can work in the IT department in this company.
    The challengescompany should open up and work like an organisation from the industry. currently and moving forward still a family business organisation culture. those who are good at boot licking can apply for a iron bowl job in this company.
