    The good thingsYou can gain vast experience about Upstream and Downstream business. However, this will only applicable if you are being hired as Corporate employee.
    The challengesYou need to know how to play in the big corporation.

    Great People equals Great Experience
    The good things-The Corporate Communications and Sustainability Relations team consists of wonderful people who are open to new experiences and are very capable of fostering new ideas. -The team is extremely encouraging and devote a lot of their time and energy towards making sure everyone is not only comfortable but happy to be in the workplace. -There is a free flow of ideas and everyone makes an effort to positively influence each others work. -This team treats it's interns as executives, so if you are looking for real work, this may be your opportunity.
    The challenges-I don't have a bad thing to say about the team I worked with (Corporate Communications and Sustainability Relations).
