She's emphatic altho she can be quite painful during stressful period especially the peak season. Colleagues here can be very friendly & supportive if they need be. The atmosphere in this company is great and mostly fun especially during the off-peak period. Boss appreciates staffs effort
The challengesThe challenges here would be getting used to the working environment during the peak period. Everyone will be at their worst mood. Sometimes temper flare out of nowhere. To stand here is to be patient. Bosses at times might raise their voices but it's peak period, so it's expected although not appreciating the fact of raising voices. If you can take shouting, then there's no challenges here at all
