    Family-like environment
    The good thingsVery friendly environment and feels like family.
    The challengesFickle-minded and decision making process takes many layers to get approval.Would appreciate initiative and quick decision. Office is already really crowded, bad ventilation and untidy. Could perhaps consider shifting to a bigger space. Not enough tables for management.
