    The good thingsHelp in reminding the Therapist about ongoing discount promotions. Help in motivating the team. Help in maintaining the team motivated and with high morale. Sharing knowledge if there are new service or product to be launch Help in training new staff,Who doest know speak english.
    The challengesHelp the managers in their effort to achieve spa sales target. Has participated whenever,has been a role model to the Therapist . Name tag is always pinned, neat and proper hair cut, no mustache, etc.

    Nice from far but far from nice
    The good thingsThe culture was unique and really gets things done. Google as they employ only the best. Suppliers are keen to work with you and you are really at the end user situation. Unlimited snacks, awesome cafeteria. Gets to travel worry free, all paid for. Numerous perks like healthcare, optical, dental, mental and physical care.
    The challengesLack of processes. Too many smart people which at times end up doing something stupid. Vision was to organize the world's information but internally the documentation was a mess.
