    The good thingsFriendly and nice senior employees, they are willing to teach and advice, good environment to learn. Not much conflict in personality or not getting along.
    The challengesnot much say or decision making for anything, mostly bosses or the senior make the shots and sometimes they make different opinion and confuse you. Which may cause your mistake as they have different say in the same matter. small company so not much to grow in position or have pay increase.

    The good thingscozy environment, small team, nice people, can learn a lot
    The challengesmanagement micromanage, do not trust staff to utilise their full potential. can be transferred to other departments easily whenever they like. Annual leave is only 7 days a year for a start. there is unclear directions. hours a bit longer than regular office hours -10am to 7.30pm back in the day when i worked there. off days were sundays and mondays (likely have changed now).

    The good thingsMany colleagues are friendly and helpful. Working environment, but not the ambience, is not bad too.
    The challengesFamily business in a mess. Don't know whose instruction to follow. Business given to the daughters to manage and the father and mother can also anytime override the daughters' decisions. Also there are few old-timers who like to call the shots. Some of them don't even listen to the young employers!
