    Without the mid management and RNF, the management is nothing
    The good thingsFrom rank and file to mid management in the team has a good teamwork.
    The challengesAll the old birds (assistant manager & above) from F&B especially talk with you with no respect. Management like to micro-manage and dont trust the team. Doesn't think about your welfare.
