    The good thingswork life balance experience and salary are fair enough
    The challenges1.Supervisors have no concept of FIFO. It means that they have no sense of urgency and are not capable to prioritize the job without REPEATED verbal remind from planner. To large extent, the planner in GVT has taken partial role of production supervisor to giving direct orders to production operators performing planned production job. The function of planning and operation are badly organized and implemented. It needs the real collaboration between planning and production department.
