    The good things- Give lots of opportunities to a fresh graduate or without experience - no politics & with a bunch of friendly colleagues
    The challenges- location is far but accessible by public transport (+ practising WFH now!)

    Great learning experience
    The good thingsFrom the operation perspective, you get to understand more on cleaning SOP and following strict ISO standards along the way. Training on WSQ LV1, LV2 and LV3 was sponsored by the company for me to get accredited on multiple cleaning aspect.

    The challengesissuing of invoices over manual. company needs to have a proper software of issuing tax invoices automatically every month end instead of using microsoft word as i am not used to remember things promptly instead of writing down.

    New and exciting experience
    The good thingsThe business model for GreatSolutions is very different and new from what I have experienced before. The exposure and rigour keeps me on my toes all the time! Especially with the uncommon projects undertaken by the Company.
    The challengesDemanding in terms of output quality, but understandable due to the area of work. Very responsible to the clients and stakeholders of the Company. A lot of paper work for the certifications, but very organised and have people to guide.

    A very enriching experience!
    The good thingsHaving a comprehensive work experience, it was enriching for me to have learnt and gained exposure to the various tenets of entrepreneurship. The close working relationship I had with my team and cross-functional colleagues made working at GreatSolutions greatly enjoyable!
    The challengesDuties covered encompasses a very wide spectrum, which limits the depth of coverage I can explore. But the trade off is well received!

    The good thingsAs a fresh grad, GreatSolutions has offered me with a great learning platform. Was able to improve myself greatly under the guidance of the management. They were supportive when I wanted to take up part time degree and was able to arrange a flexi working hours to accommodate my schedule.
