    I would suggest individuals considering retirement to consider joining this company.
    The good thingsThe work environment is pleasant, with colleagues who are friendly and supportive. The management does not engage in micromanagement.
    The challengesI spent three years there, but unfortunately, there were no salary increases or opportunities for career progression. I felt quite stagnant at certain points.
