    It's a large corporate enterprise trying to look trendy.
    The good thingsI enjoyed warm welcomes, most notably the team directly involved with the project. The employer did a good job supporting my needs allowing me to work with my full potential. Though it sounds like a good place to work at, and it probably is for some professionals. It's not a company where you'll have longevity and growth.
    The challengesCommunication challenges especially with a team that's located in different countries. Challenges with work objectives and achieving results as the company changes directions every quarter of the year. No chance for longevity or growth with new employees starting from a mid-senior to managerial role.

    The good thingsGreat teamwork, good rapport with the team, learnt many useful skills, learnt to multitask and manage time, enjoys working as a team, work as a team to complete the huge workload and meet the deadlines, encouraging and understanding team mates, lovely office/working environment.
    The challengesHuge workload, have to OT frequently and work from home during weekends and public holidays, constant changes therefore have to adapt quickly and think of a new process.
