    The challengesThere is no space of negotiation in this company. And their team work definition is mostly based to your relationship with their acting team lead, Besides, they do not have actual team lead with a considerable leadership and experience to lead the team.

    It is enriching and fulfilling.
    The good thingsI particularly enjoyed the culture in which hierarchy was not emphasised. Employers were friendly and went out of their way to help employees. Work-life balance is emphasised in which there are activities that are frequently planned for everyone to indulge in.
