    Great working experience.
    The good thingsI can develop my career here by learn multiple skills such as customer service, team management, leadership, communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving. I learn to work under pressure in very fast paced working environment.
    The challengesDepends of the store in charge. Some store in charge having difficulty to delegate the task and sales information to the team. This caused miscommunication among the staff to do best customer service. Quite difficult to get off on weekend.

    The good thingsA lot of learning experiences and recognition specially the EXSA award which gives recognition to all who did a good service and delighting our customers. The different strategy that we do when executing the different promotion allows us to plan strategy that will help boost more sales and more customer be attracted to come and visit the store.
    The challengesI think over the years still the main challenge is enough manpower to run the store and salary of the part timers in Guardian and the over time pay to staff.

    It is great.
    The good thingsI get to meet and interact with new people. I get to learn the basic role of retail staff. It helped improve my interpersonal skills with people. My employer is kind and the team that I worked with were very friendly too.
    The challengesIt can be tiring at times mentally and physically to keep up with the demands of the customers. They have a shift work schedule and it also means you have to fit it according to your personal schedule if you have other commitments.
