If you know what you are here for, you'll enjoy it.
The good thingsCompany will make sure you get comfortable performing your work. Company has been up for long, so their process kept on improving and reaching maturation. The culture is just right for me. You can be yourself, and all that is important is mutual respect. The work itself can be easy or not easy depending on your perception. I enjoy it because there is some challenge to the work and there are times there is not much challenge, I can freely explore on finding improvement on the company or for myself.
The challengesYou just need to get things on your own, meaning you really have to exert effort on getting to know how things done. If you are new, don't expect to get things handed to you, you get it! There's a limitation on what you can actually can do on your work and you have to creatively solve things indirectly to keep up the pace.

What you'd expect from a game company
The good thingsGood Learning, gives you global experience. Middle Management tries to take the load off people.
The challengesWork life balance but the work comes from Headquarters so there's nothing much we can do about it.

    Company Work Experience Review
The good thingsAverage stress level compared to Fortune 500 companies.
The challengesThe communication and coordination between 2 studios is the worst that I have experienced. The tenured/pioneers most esp. the game support team is resistant to change and is the most unprofessional & uncooperative department within the industry primarily due to the culture embedded within the company itself. Overall not a good experience.
