    The good thingsEnjoyed working there due to colleagues and ex officers. The previous officers were helpful and willing to impart their knowledge.
    The challengesStaff are over worked and not appreciated by the management although one has skills, experience and are assets to the Company. The management should motivate and appreciate the staff more.

    The challengesBeing a huge organization the credit approval and turnaround time is slow. If improved it can have a huge positive impact on bank's clientele.
